Teaching centered on the individual student – for children, teenagers, and adults, from the very first notes to advanced artistic development.
I offer private guitar lessons for students of all ages and levels – from complete beginners to advanced musicians.
With many years of experience as both a concert guitarist and teacher, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of students. Some have gone on to music high schools, others to conservatories and professional careers as musicians and educators, while many simply play for the joy and enrichment that music brings to life.
My teaching is always centered on the individual. I believe that each person has a unique musical voice and their own way of learning. Together, we shape a clear and realistic path forward – one that gradually builds confidence, technique, and musical understanding.
Lessons are structured yet flexible, combining solid technical foundations with musical expression, thoughtful practice strategies, and attentive listening. Whether your goal is to perform, deepen your artistry, or simply enjoy playing, the lessons are adapted to help you grow in a natural and inspiring way.
I hold two Master of Fine Arts degrees in Music Performance, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and have specialized training in guitar pedagogy for advanced students from the University of Gothenburg. Over the years, I’ve taught in schools, music institutions, and private settings, alongside maintaining an active international concert career – something that continually inspires and enriches my teaching.
